Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, contact us at lady9732000@yahoo.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened pet food, treats, and health/wellness supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons unless defective.
